  • ADM 9.0 & 9.1 Update

As the ADM Supervisor user or a user with Supervisor status, when you add more than one user to ADM, you receive an error message "Uniqueness of index usercode violated". This error occurs on the User Maintenance tab of the ADM Supervisor-Only Settings screen from the File, Setup, Supervisor Setup menu. This error occurs when either ADM 9.0 or 9.1 is installed. The patch fixes this error. All users previously defined in ADM are retained by the patch fix.

    To correct this problem:

Download the file "91BPatch.exe". Save this file in your ADM\Database folder. After downloading and saving the file, make sure all users (including you) are signed out of ADM. In My Computer or Windows Explorer, double click on the file 91BPatch.exe. The patch will display an informational message when it is finished. If error messages are displayed, please contact ASEBA technical support at techsupp@aseba.org or 802.735.1540.
