To complement its forms and software, ASEBA produces a number of other products. The Manuals are essential reading for anyone using the forms. ASEBA Manuals

SCHOOL-AGE
The Manual for the ASEBA School-Age Forms & Profiles covers the CBCL/6-18, YSR, and TRF. It provides extensive data on standardization, norms, reliability, and validity, plus illustrations of practical and research applications. It also provides problem prevalence rates, scale scores, scoring instructions, information on DSM-oriented scales, and answers to common questions.

NEW! The Multicultural Supplement to the Manual for the ASEBA School-Age Forms & Profiles fully documents the basis for the multicultural norms, the construction of the new 2007 scales, and relevant psychometric data. It also provides extensive illustrations of practical and research applications of the ADM 7.0 Module for Ages 6-18 with Multicultural Options and 2007 Scales.

PRESCHOOL
The Manual for the ASEBA Preschool Forms & Profiles includes the CBCL/1½-5/LDS, the Language Development Survey (LDS), and the C-TRF. It provides extensive data on standardization, norms, reliability, and validity, plus illustrations of practical and research applications. It also provides problem prevalence rates, scale scores, scoring instructions, answers to common questions, and information on DSM-oriented scales.

SCICA (manual available only on CD)
The Manual for the Semistructured Clinical Interview for Children & Adolescents, 2nd ed., (SCICA) provides administration and scoring instructions, plus case examples and comparisons with other interviews, reliabilities, scale scores, associations with DSM diagnoses, and illustrations of clinical and research applications.

ADULT
The Manual for the ASEBA Adult Forms & Profiles provides extensive data regarding the development and use of the ASR and ABCL for ages 18-59.
OLDER ADULT
The Manual for the ASEBA Older Adult Forms & Profiles provides complete case examples for application and interpretation of the OASR and OABCL for ages 60-90+ as well as scoring instructions and answers to common questions. There is also comprehensive data on norming, reliability, and validity.

The
Manual for the Test Observation Form for Ages 2-18 provides complete information about the new Test Observation Form, its administration and interpretation, and its research foundation.

ASEBA Quick-Reference Guides

There are separate Guides for mental health, medical, school-based, and child and family service practitioners. Each Guide provides practitioners with a quick introduction to the forms and procedures most relevant to their settings. Guides include: explanations of forms and procedures for use in particular settings; illustrations of profiles; cross-informant comparisons; case examples; data-processing options; and annotated bibliography. The Guides are to be used in conjunction with the Manuals, which provide detailed documentation for each form.
