Client Entry with ADM

The client-entry module for ADM allows parents, teachers, or youths to view user-friendly computer screens and enter responses for the CBCL/6-18, TRF, or YSR. Responses are automatically loaded into ADM ready to be scored. There is no need for clients to fill out forms that must then be entered into the computer later. The client entry module encourages open-ended responses that can then be printed. Note: the facility must supply a computer for the clients to use during data entry.
