Business Hours: Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Eastern time, except holidays.

We accept orders by fax, mail and online. We do not accept orders by phone. Online orders may be charged to MasterCard or Visa. Faxed or mailed orders may be charged to MasterCard or VISA or accompanied by numbered purchase orders. Checks, money orders, and purchase orders should be made payable in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank to ASEBA. Order forms can be faxed to 802-656-5131. An order form is in our 2008 catalog. (You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader for our catalog. You may get a free copy of the program by clicking the icon below.)

Terms: All orders must be accompanied by payment or be guaranteed by MasterCard, VISA, or numbered purchase order forms (net 30 days). Prices valid until December 31, 2006.

Shipping & Handling: There is a flat $10.00 fee for all orders, using standard United Parcel Service (UPS) to the 48 contiguous states. For addresses outside the 48 contiguous states, we will provide surface, air, and UPS rates. Please add shipping cost in the space provided on the order form.

Next Day and Second-Day Delivery: Call 802-656-5130 for cost of next day or second-day delivery.

Exchanges: Check your order when it arrives. If we made an error or goods are defective, call us within 30 days for replacement. Exchanges require advance phone authorization.

Discounts: Call 802-656-5130 for information on volume discounts and for discounts on products to be used for courses, training programs, and student research projects.
